The Poor Man's Ryder

The Tour prides itself on the vast quantity of golf, gin, drink and slagging that goes on for a 3 night early summer golf tour.

This blog is invented for the contenders to share their pre-tour nerves, golfing experiences and general chit chat and all members are encouraged to interact with the blog as much as possible.

Please browse the different pages and feel free to post any suggestions as to how the blog can be adapted over the years to come.

  9. Rules, if it's a 2-person scramble, the handicaps of the two players are added together and divided by 4, for a 3-person scramble, divide by 6; for a 4-person scramble, divide by 8.

Everyone happy with this suggestion for handicaps ?

As agreed the other day - New Gin Rule - If you manage to still make par off your gin tee shot the requirement to but gins does not apply.

  17. Keith,

I need to make sure you are up for playing in the team this year and ready for the battle over the forthcoming four days.

Arms round the shoulder are all well and good but I need to know you are willing to go that extra inch for your team mates.

Are you ready to fight for that extra inch ?

What makes the difference between winning and losing, we are all ready to sacrfice oursleves for the team are you ?
